Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped using UPS. Our shipping and handling charges for shipments within the 48 contiguous United States include insurance and are based on the total purchase price of your order as follows:

Express shipping is available; please contact us for details and charges.
Charges for shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States will be quoted on a per order basis. For larger and oversized items shipping and handling charges will also be quoted on a per order basis. We cannot use express shipping for oversized items.
Ordered items that are in stock are normally shipped within five business days. If ordered items are out of stock or we are unable to fill the order within five business days, you will be notified by email and can choose whether to cancel the order or wait for shipment of the ordered items. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is filled and ready for shipment.
Delivery times depend on the ground service of the shipping provider. Customers placing international (non-US) UPS orders should call 1-800-782-7892 for information.
Sometimes, based upon certain circumstances, we also may ship orders via United States Postal Service or Federal Express. Shipping and handling charges for these shipments will be quoted on a per order basis. Upon request, express shipping also is available, and shipping and handling charges for such orders will be quoted on a per order basis.
RETURNS:
The Toymaker of Williamsburg is committed to making every reasonable effort to provide satisfaction to its customers. The Toymaker of Williamsburg will accept items for exchange, store credit, or refund in kind if the following conditions are met: (1) the Toymaker of Williamsburg receives the items accompanied by a purchase receipt within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the merchandise, (2) upon receipt by the Toymaker of Williamsburg, the items are in the same condition that they were at the time they were shipped to the customer, and (3) the items still are in their original packaging. Customers should return the item(s) via insured carrier to Toymaker of Williamsburg, 223 Parkway Drive, Unit AB, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185.
Improperly priced orders are not the responsibility of Toymaker of Williamsburg, and improperly quoted prices will not be honored.
Please note that the Toymaker of Willamsburg cannot pay for return shipping costs and cannot refund the original shipping fees for return items.
